Valdivia, EVC has experienced consistently steady growth by providing quality, highly efficient services and practices throughout the Midwest. We are an award-winning General Contractor specializing in the following services: Highway Construction, Industrial Coatings, Water Treatment Plants, and Concrete Restoration.
